Accessibility isn't a checkbox for us — it's a core part of person-centered work.

Our commitment

Relentless Alliance is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time audit.

What we do

  • Design with sufficient color contrast, scalable text, and keyboard-navigable interactions.
  • Use semantic HTML, meaningful headings, and alt text for content images.
  • Provide captions and transcripts for video content when available.
  • Test regularly with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
  • Offer multiple ways to reach us — phone, email, secure form, and Pathway Ally chat in English and Spanish.

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content (maps, videos) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Where we identify such content, we work with vendors to remediate or provide accessible alternatives.
