Individualized Autism Waiver and behavioral support services for individuals ages 16 and older — designed to promote independence, community participation, and self-determination.
Services are developed through a person-centered and evidence-based approach that recognizes the unique strengths, needs, preferences, and goals of each individual and family. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), adaptive behavior supports, and collaborative treatment planning, our team supports meaningful growth across home, community, vocational, educational, and residential settings.
Autism Waiver services may include Adult Life Planning, Family Consultation, Intensive Individual Support Services, and Therapeutic Integration — tailored to help individuals strengthen daily living skills, increase independence, improve communication and social participation, and navigate important transitions into adulthood.
